Patient Preparation:

• Administer local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort.

Isolation and Sterilization:

• Maintain aseptic conditions throughout the procedure.
• Sterilize Mani H-Files and other instruments before use.

Access Opening:

• Create an access cavity to reach the pulp chamber and root canals.

Initial Exploration:

• Use appropriate diagnostic tools (e.g., radiographs) to determine canal length and curvature.
• Select the correct size Mani H-File based on the canal's dimensions.

Cleaning and Shaping:

• Insert the Mani H-File into the canal gently.
• Rotate the file in a slow, clockwise motion while applying gentle pressure.
• Avoid forcing the file; let it advance naturally.
• Continue until you reach the desired working length.

Irrigation and Debridement:

• Use irrigation solutions (e.g., sodium hypochlorite) to flush debris and disinfect the canal.
• Use the Mani H-File to help distribute the irrigation solution evenly.

Obturation (if necessary):

• If performing a single-visit procedure, fill the canal with a suitable obturation material.

Final Cleaning and Shaping:

• Use the Mani H-File as needed to ensure the canal is properly shaped and cleaned.

Final Inspection:

• Confirm the canal's cleanliness and shape using radiographs and tactile feedback.

Restoration:

• Seal the access cavity with an appropriate restorative material.

Postoperative Care:

• Provide postoperative instructions and any necessary prescriptions for pain management or antibiotics.

Dispose and Clean:

• Properly dispose of single-use files and clean and sterilize reusable instruments.
